02 NCAC 38 .0704             APPROVED THIRD PARTY TESTING LABORATORIES

In accordance with G.S. 119‑58(a)(1), third party testing laboratories approved by the North Carolina Building Code Council are authorized to approve gas appliances that are designed or built for domestic use.
